Return Window

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include tags (if applicable)
  • Include proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

🚫 Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or handled products
  • Opened hygiene or personal care products after delivery
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you must:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process

💡 We may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received and inspected.
